Boulia Camel Races 2022
Run in the far western Queensland town of Boulia, on the edge of the Simpson Desert, the 25th Anniversary Boulia Camel Races were held in July 2022, drawing crowds in excess of 5000 people from all over the country for the three-day event. Local camel "Gunna" took out the cup, with jockey Kyrralee Woodhouse riding him to victory.
